Allow project level upload if no ROC requirement is specified,</li>\n<li>v4.0: Fixed SampleSet reference column in section 4.9,</li>\n<li>v4.0: Fixed custom RFT clone function,</li>\n<li>Table import issues fixed,</li>\n<li>Table import performance improved,</li>\n<li>UI fix: Display not tested custom RFT correctly,</li>\n<li>UI improvement: Display ISA badge in contacts list,</li>\n<li>UI improvement: Simplified way of adding/editing payment and service channels,</li>\n<li>v4.0 Network/Dataflow Diagrams.
